Team competitions are our favorite pastime here at TIS, even if that competition is dressing up in ridiculous costumes. At the beginning of October, we create teams and start working on our best group costumes. In the past we have had Winnie the Pooh, The Addams Family, Richard Simmons and 80s workouts girls, Wizard of Oz, Hocus Pocus, rock stars, and so many other creative ideas. These team bonding activities are important for us here at TIS to keep a rock-solid work environment.
