Bailey Anderson

Account Manager

I was born and raised in Ridgecrest, California, a rural town along U.S. Route 395 in the Indian Wells Valley with a population of 25,000. My parents and my two older siblings moved to Ridgecrest in 1996. My father worked for a gold mine blasting mountain and was the on-site EMT.  My mother managed a doctor’s office and ran a non-profit organization.  I am recently married and love spending time outdoors with my husband and visiting family!

During school I was involved in student council and was able to plan and carry out many school functions and activities.  I have always found great satisfaction in planning, organizing, and managing different events.  After school I served an 18-month mission in New Jersey where I held various leadership positions. After returning home, I continued my education at BYU-I where I hope to continue my studies and obtain a degree in business management.

Growing up I was taught to always be a good example. The greatest examples to me are my mom and Grandpa for their hard work and perseverance. They set goals and then do everything in their power and ability to accomplish them. Having them in my life has helped me to reach for the stars and have faith in my abilities. I have competed in many talent shows; I love dancing and singing and love being on stage. I have received first place in many talent competitions, which created a love of performing on stage.   Naturally, performing on stage led to my love of public speaking.  I began with being the emcee of many events.  I then had many speaking opportunities and different venues.

My love of being on stage, performing and public speaking brought me to run for student council.  During High School I was Freshman, Sophomore and Junior Class President. My Senior Year I decided I wanted to reach even higher and ran for Student Body President and won.  What a great experience and opportunity I was given to serve.  With the faith in myself and my abilities I was able to make a difference in our school and help myself to reach for the stars.  My hard work and perseverance paid off and I am a better person because of it.

I am someone who will always have your back and try my best to make everyone feel included. I love making friends and creating bonds that last. I am passionate about helping people and being a good example to those who look to me for help I know what it feels like to be treated like an outsider and my goal in social situations is to help everyone know that they have a friend in me. This is something I enjoy about my job here at The Insurance Store; I love communicating with clients every day and helping them to the best of my ability. I have enjoyed the time I’ve spent here already and look forward to the many relationships I will make with everyone I work with.

Right now, my goal in life is to continually be working on advancing in my career.  I am eagerly learning new things each day about the insurance industry, and I strive my best to be the best at what I do and never forget that I am working with wonderful people and serving wonderful clients.
